Reset Procedure

Contact reel driver airbag module, resetting

Unsecuring the contact reel




Remove one Torx 20 screw.




Turn the contact reel clockwise to the limit position.




Turn the contact reel counter-clockwise two entire turns. Then turn counter-clockwise further until the screw hole is at " one o'clock" as illustrated.

Note! On later models, the yellow marking must also be visible in the window.

Securing the contact reel




Install the screw.
The contact reel is now reset and locked (secured).
