Removal


Remove the following items:
- Shell, lower part of rear bumper. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover Lower Section Rear Bumper Cover Lower Section
- Shell, upper part of rear bumper. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover Upper Section Rear Bumper Cover Upper Section

Determine the extent of the damage. Refer to: Rear section .





Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Rust proof. Refer to: Rustproofing .

Installation

Install in the reverse order.

Check whiplash protection. Refer to: Collision protection unit from behind front seat check Testing and Inspection.
