Panel D-post, replacing

Removing the D-post panel




Remove the cantrail panel. See Panel cantrail, replacing Panel Cantrail, Replacing.
Pull off the inner upper edge of the D post panel.
Pull the D post panel inwards into the car.

Remove:
- the connector (if there is a loudspeaker)
- the end mounting. See End mounting, replacing End Mounting, Replacing (applies only to seven seater versions)
- the seat belt cover (applies only to seven seater versions).
Insert the seat belt through the D post panel (applies only to seven seater versions).

Installing the D-post panel




Insert the seat belt through the D post panel (applies only to seven seater versions).

Install:
- the seat belt cover (applies only to seven seater versions)
- the end mounting. See End mounting, replacing End Mounting, Replacing (applies only to seven seater versions)
- the connector (if there is a loudspeaker).
Align the panel with the side upholstery in the cargo compartment (1).
Press the D-post panel into place starting at the top (2).
Install the cantrail panel. See Panel cantrail, replacing Panel Cantrail, Replacing.
