Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair
Oil cooler steering gear, replacing

Removal
Preparatory work
Remove the front bumper cover. See Casing, bumper front, replacing Front Bumper Casing, Replacing.
Removing the oil cooler
Slacken off the screws (1). Fold down the oil cooler.
Note! Position a container under the oil cooler.
Remove:
- the two clamps (2)
- the hoses
- the oil cooler.
Installation
Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications Tightening Torque.
Installing the oil cooler
Install:
- the hoses on the oil cooler
- the 2 clamps for the servo hose
- the 2 M6 screws for the oil cooler.
Finishing
Install the front bumper cover. See Casing, bumper front, replacing Front Bumper Casing, Replacing.
