Upholstery seat cushion, replacing

Preparatory work

Removing the front seat
Remove the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing.

Removal

Removing the seat cushion upholstery




Unhook the upholstery from around the seat frame.
Lift up the upholstery.
Unclip the upholstery from the seat cushion.

Installation

Installing seat cushion upholstery
Snap the upholstery into place on the seat cushion.
Pull down the upholstery. Hook the upholstery into place around the seat frame.
Install the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing.

Warning! If the car is equipped with an occupant weight sensors (OWS), this must always be calibrated if the upholstery has been removed or replaced.
