Electric motor cushion, replacing

Electric motor front height adjustment, replacing

Removing the electric motor front height adjustment





Remove:
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing
- the 1 M6 screws (2)
- the M8 screw (2).




Remove the connector by sliding it to one side.

Installing the electric motor front height adjustment

Note! For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque [1][2]Body and Frame.

Install:
- the connector
- the electric motor
- the 2 M6 screws
- the 1 M8 screw
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing.

Electric motor rear height adjustment, replacing

Removing the electric motor rear height adjustment




Raise the seat to the uppermost position.

Remove:
- the side panel. See: Side panel front seat, replacing Side Panel Front Seat, Replacing
- the tie strap (2)
- the 3 screws (1).




- the 1 M6 screw
- the electric motor.




Remove the connector by sliding it to one side.

Installing the electric motor rear height adjustment

Note! For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque [1][2]Body and Frame.

Install:
- the connector
- the electric motor
- the 3 M6 screws
- the 1 M6 screw
- the tie strap
- the side panel. See: Side panel front seat, replacing Side Panel Front Seat, Replacing.

Electric motor front-rear adjustment, replacing

Removing electric motor front-rear adjustment





Remove:
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing
- the 2 M5 screws
- the electric motor and the mechanical cables.




Remove the connector by sliding it straight backwards.

Installing the electric motor front-rear adjustment

Note! For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque [1][2]Body and Frame.





Hint: If the distance between the two rails differs, secure the short mechanical cable in a power screwdriver and screw until the rails are equal.

Install:
- the connector
- the electric motor and the mechanical cables
- the 2 M5 screws
- the front seat. See: Front seat, replacing Front Seat, Replacing.
