Cowl Moulding / Trim: Service and Repair

Cowl, replacing

As the illustrations in this service information are used for different model years and/or models, some variation may occur. However, the essential information in the illustrations is always correct.

Removing the plenum chamber





Remove:
- the windshield wipers. See Wiper arm / blade windshield, replacing Wiper Arm/Blade Windshield, Replacing
- the 6 clips.
Press the center section of the rivet head on the four front clips.
Lift up the center section of the other two clips.
Lift out the cowl.

Installing the plenum chamber
Install the cowl.

Note! Check that the guide clips underneath the cowl are in the correct position in relation to the windshield.

Install:
- the 6 clips
- the windshield wipers. See Wiper arm / blade windshield, replacing Wiper Arm/Blade Windshield, Replacing.
