Description of Activations and Readouts, FM
Description of activations and readouts, FM
Frequency band AM/FM
Click on the buttonAM/FMto change frequency band between AM and FM.
Readout value indicates frequency band in question or if the control module is off.
AM = frequency band AM.
FM = frequency band FM.
Off = control module off.
Frequency
Clicking on the button ]]|starts an automatic search for radio stations in the frequency band.
Radio stations with a signal strength of approx. 110 or higher are found automatically.
Readout value indicates frequency in question in MHz.
Main antenna
By clicking on the button Start readout 1, the main antenna is activated. When the antenna has been activated, a readout is performed of the activation as well as the values for signal strength and noise level.
Readout value indicates if the main antenna is activated or deactivated.
On = main antenna activated.
Off = main antenna deactivated.
Sub-antenna
By clicking on the buttonStart readout 2, the sub-antenna is activated. When the antenna has been activated, a readout is performed of the activation as well as the values for signal strength and noise level.
Readout value indicates if the sub-antenna is activated or deactivated.
On = sub-antenna activated.
Off = sub-antenna deactivated.
Signal strength
The readout value applies to the active antenna.
Signal strength is presented as a number between 0 and 255. 0 means that no signal has been registered, and 255 means that highest possible signal strength has been reached.
Noise level
The readout value applies to the active antenna.
Noise level is presented as a number between 0 and 15. 0 means that no noise has been registered, and 15 means that highest possible noise level has been registered.
