Tailgate wiper arm / blade, replacing

Removal

Rear windshield wiper blade
- Fold up the wiper arm
- Turn the blade 90° towards the arm and pull off the blade.

- Fold up the cover
- Remove the nut
- Detach the arm and blade.

Installation

- Reset the motor
- Position the arm with the nut. Adjust the arm so that the blade is in the middle of the black area on the windshield. Tighten the nut
- Test run the wiper with the washer. Reset the wiper. The blade must come to rest in the middle of the black area on the windshield. Alternatively, if the windshield is dry, approximately 10 mm below the top of the black area.

Rear windshield wiper blade
- In reverse order. Tighten to 14 Nm.
