Volvo On Call Plus, deactivation

Deactivating Volvo on Call Plus
Deactivation is carried out when a customer no longer wishes to keep their subscription to Volvo On Call but wants to retain carphone functionality.
Cancellation data is entered into the database at the VOCP Service Center for Volvo On Call Plus via the web. Carry out the following:
- Go to the desktop on the computer and click on the icon for "VOCP WEB".
- Find the correct car using the VIN of the car or the customer's name
- Select Deactivation in the menu.
- Print out the page or make a note of the Deactivation code.

Deactivation procedure
Deactivate Volvo On Call Plus as follows:
1. Key position I
2. Phone module (PHM) on (the green LED must be on). Press the ON button to activate
3. Press the YES button to activate the carphone menu selection
4. Press the right key (») seven times. The "On Call Plus" menu will be displayed in the driver information module (DIM) display.
5. Press the YES button
6. Press the right button (») four times. "ActivatnCode" is displayed
7. Press the YES button
8. Enter the received Deactivation code.
9. Press the YES button
10. The Volvo On Call Plus subscription has now been cancelled
11. Press the ON CALL button to test that Volvo On Call Plus has been deactivated. After deactivation, "On Call Plus Deactivated" should be displayed when starting the car.
