Removing the rear windshield

Special tools:

Removing the rear windshield

Note! Tape around the window to protect the paint.




1 = PUR bead.
See windshield removal knife Window knife Window Knife (2).
3 = Guide hole.
4 = Spacers.
Use short bladed knife951 2787 Knife blade 26 951 2787 Knife Blade 26
Start at the upper corner and cut along the sides and top edge.

Note! Be careful at the spacers (4). Do not damage the paint work.

Use long bladed knife951 2788 Knife blade 38 mm 951 2788 Knife Blade 38 mm.
Cut at the bottom edge.
Carefully remove the window.
Remove the connectors for the heated rear windshield.
Lift out the windshield and place it on the stand.
