Pipe receiver drier, replacing

Removal

Note! For cars with chassis numbers up to -86697, see Txv-valve and connector pipe TXV-Valve and Connector Pipe.

Receiver drier hoses




- Remove the condenser. See Condenser, replacing Service and Repair (engine B5254T4) or Condenser, replacing Service and Repair (other engines).




- Detach the pipe coupling from the receiver / dryer
- Detach the pipe from the bracket. Remove the pipe.

Installation

Note! Use new O-rings lubricated with compressor oil.

- Position the pipe on the mounting in the bracket. Position the pipe coupling on the receiver / dryer
- Position the screw and tighten the pipe coupling on the condenser.
Tighten to 10 Nm.
