Replacing seat rail

Remove:
- the front seat according to Lifting the front seats in and out Removal and Replacement.
- the seat belt buckle according to Seat belt buckle Seat Belt Buckle.




- the connectors and wiring from the cross stay.




- the two screwed joints in the cross stay.




- one nut from the front height adjuster mounting.




- the outer nut.
Pull straight out.
Angle the rail and the seat base so that they come apart.

Replace the seat rail.

Install:
In reverse order.
