Rear side panel

Rear side panel





Remove:
- rear seat, see Rear seats Rear Seats.
- seat belt covers, see Seat belt cover.
- the parcel shelf, see Parcel shelf Service and Repair.
- 1 screw for the front section of the side panel.
- the front seat belt from the rail. Replacing front seat belts Front Seat Belt.
- the link to the hinge for the side panel cover.

Note! Take care not to break off the cover of the rear side panel

Note! The panel also has 2 clips in the rear edge, these clips are fixed to the panel and cannot be removed until the panel has been removed.

Caution! If the clips break they must be replaced.

Lift the panel up and out. The panel is fixed with 4 clips from the inside.

Seat belt cover for the front seat belt

Seat belt cover





Remove:
- the cover.
- 1 screw.
Lift the seat belt cover upwards / outwards.
Thread the seat belt through the opening.

Remove the panel for the upper windshield frame, see Headlining Headlining.
Remove the panel which is fixed with 2 clips.

Caution! If the clips break they must be replaced.

Cover on the side panel

Cover on the side panel / cover hinge





Remove:
- the link for the hinge.
- 2 screws for the cover panel.
- the 3 nuts for the hinge.

Cover trim





Remove:
- 6 screws for the cover trim.
- 2 screws for the cover trim surround.
- the 5 screws for the hinge.
- 6 screws for the cover trim (or 6 mounting washers after Chassis no.1110).
