Replacing the Heater Assembly






Replacing the heater assembly

Removing the heater
- Unscrew and lower the heater
- Disconnect the fuel line from the heater
- Clamp the engine coolant hoses as close to the heater as possible
- Remove the coolant hoses from the pipe
- Remove the exhaust pipe from the heater at the muffler
- Disconnect the electrical terminals from the heater
- Remove the heater.

Installing the heater




- Secure the air intake hose (1) with the clamp (2) and spring mounting (3)
- Insert the heater between the muffler mounting and floor (4), and screw (5)
- Install the screw (6)
- Tighten all the screws.

Note! Check that the air intake hose has an airtight seal with the heater.




Assemble the electrical terminals.
Assemble the exhaust pipe from the heater and muffler.
Secure the coolant hoses. Remove the lock grip pliers.
Connect the fuel line to the fuel pump (FP). Tighten the fuel line carefully using a ring wrench.

Note! Use a counterhold.
