Tracing Unwanted Noise In The Air-conditioning (A/C) System:
When the A/C system is working, there is always a certain amount of noise, because the refrigerant switches from gas to liquid phase and back under different pressures. The A/C system pump and compressor also make a slight humming noise. These noises are normal.
