Coupling, Disconnecting

Coupling Allocation

• The connectors for the fuel, vacuum and ventilation lines are color coded. There is either a colored dot on the connector or the release button is the corresponding color.

• The coupling must audibly engage when locking.

• Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.






The fuel supply line is under pressure. Wear protective goggles and protective clothing in order to avoid injury and contact with the skin. Wrap a cloth around the connection before removing a fuel hose. Remove the hose connection carefully to release the pressure.

Version 1

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Lever (T10468)

Coupling with the release buttons - arrows - on the right and left sides.






Disconnecting:

It is necessary to counter hold the separating point - 1 -.






- Insert the lever (T10468) between the bracket and the fuel line - arrow - - 2 - and counter hold it.

Continuation for all separating points in the fuel system






- Push the coupling - 1 - in the - direction of arrow A -.

- Press the release buttons and pull the coupling - 1 - off the fuel line - 2 - in the - direction of arrow B -.

Follow the color code when installing.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Version 2

Coupling with a pull release - arrow -.






Disconnecting:

- Push the coupling - 1 - in the - direction of arrow A -.






- Pull the pull release - 2 - in the - direction of arrow B -.

- Pull the coupling - 1 - off the fuel line - 3 - in the - direction of arrow B -.

Follow the color code when installing.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Version 3

Coupling with the button on the front - arrow -.






Disconnecting

- Press the release button - arrow - in and remove the coupling.

Follow the color code when installing.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Version 4

Coupling with the release buttons - arrows - on the right and left sides.






Disconnecting:

- Push the coupling in the - direction of arrow A -.

- Press the release buttons in, in the - direction of the arrows - and remove the coupling.

Follow the color code when installing.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Version 5

Coupling with the release buttons - arrows - on the right and left sides.






Disconnecting:

- Press the release buttons in, in the - direction of the arrows - and remove the coupling.

Follow the color code when installing.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Version 6






Coupling with the release buttons - arrows - on the front and rear.

Disconnecting:

- Press the coupling - 1 - down in the - direction of the arrow - and hold it down.

- Press the release buttons - arrows - and remove the coupling.

Follow the color code when installing.

The coupling must audibly engage when locking.

- Pull on the coupling to make sure it is secure.
