Side Panel LED Tail Lamps

Removing

- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the key.

Left side panel tail lamp

- Depending on the equipment level, either remove the interior lamp inside the luggage compartment on the left side or unclip the cap - arrow - from the side trim panel.






Right side panel tail lamp

- Unclip the trim - 1 - from the trim panel inside the luggage compartment on the right side.






Continuation for all vehicles

- Remove the plastic bolt (11 mm) - arrow -.






• The plastic screw is not secure.

• Be careful so that the plastic screw does not fall behind the trim panel inside the luggage compartment.

- Pull the tail lamp assembly to the rear and out of the opening in the body. Pay attention to the wires still connected.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - and remove the tail lamp assembly.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Push the guide on the tail lamp housing onto the clip inside the side panel when inserting the tail lamp assembly into the opening in the body.

- Align the tail lamp housing so that the gap is even all the way around and then tighten the plastic screw to the tightening specification shown in => [ Side Panel LED Tail Lamps Overview ] Side Panel LED Tail Lamps Overview.
