Rear Window Wiper Motor (V12)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1331)

Removing

- Remove the lower rear lid trim panel..

- Disconnect the connector - 3 -.






- Turn the clip on the hose connection - 1 - to unlock it.

- Pull the hose - 1 - off the rear window wiper motor - 2 -.

- Remove the nuts - arrows -.

- Remove the rear window wiper motor - 2 - from the rear lid.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Make sure the seal fits correctly in the rear window opening. Marking - 1 - of seal must align with marking - 2 - on rear window.






- Tighten all threaded connections to the tightening specifications given in the overview. Refer to => [ Rear Window Wiper System Overview ] Rear Window Wiper System Overview.
