Radiator Grille through June 2011

Removing






Remove radiator grille:

- Remove the bolts - 2 and 3 -.

- Remove the radiator grille - 1 - upward from the lock carrier - 5 -.

- Release the right and left retainers - 4 - next to the mark - 7 - by sliding a small screwdriver under the lower slats.

- Push the retainers one after another sideways in the - direction of arrow b - to release and slightly remove the radiator grille - 1 -.

- Remove the radiator grille - 1 - from the bumper cover - 6 - in - direction of arrow a -.

Remove the emblem:

- Release the retainers on the back side of the emblem - 7 - and remove the emblem in the - direction of the arrow a -.

Installation






Install the radiator grille:

- Insert the radiator grille - 1 - into the bumper cover - 4 -.

- Tighten the bolt - 3 -. Tightening specification: 2 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts - 2 -. Tightening specification: 6 Nm.

Install the emblem:

- Insert the emblem - 5 - slightly turned in the - direction of the arrow a - in the radiator grille.

- Turn the emblem - 5 - in the - direction of the arrow b - until the hooks engage.
