Oil System Capacity:

Engine Oil Specifications:

- For the engine oil specifications, refer to the Fluid Capacity Tables.

Engine Oil Level, Checking:

Test Conditions:

• The engine oil temperature is a minimum of 60 °C 140 °F).

• The vehicle is on level ground.

• After turning off the engine, wait a few minutes to allow the oil to drain back into the oil pan.

Test Sequence

- Pull out the oil dipstick, wipe it off with a clean cloth and reinsert it all the way.

- Pull out the oil dipstick again and check the oil level.

1 MAX. mark
2 MIN. mark
a Area above the hatched field up to the MAX. mark: Do not add engine oil.
b Oil level within the hatched field: Oil can be added.
c Area from the MIN. mark up to hatched field: fill with a maximum of 0.5 liter of engine oil.
