It is not possible to check the transmission fluid level by removing the oil fill plug.






Due to the angle of the engine/transmission assembly, the lower edge of the fill hole - arrow 1 - is located below the fluid level - arrow 2 -.






The transmission fluid level in the transmission can only be checked when the transmission fluid has been drained completely and then refilled.
