Selector Handle with Cover

For all handles, there is the possibility that the button can be pressed into the handle. Do not install the handle with the button pushed in.

- Pull the button out beyond its press point before removing.






- Prevent the button from being pressed in with a cable tie or wire.

- Remove the cover.

- Push the sleeve upward and unlock the handle.






- Lock the handle again after installing it. To do this, press the sleeve under the handle.

- With the new handle, only the transportation safeguard has to be removed. The button is already in the installed position.






- Disconnect the connector from the cover.

- Remove the handle upward.

- Lock the handle again after installing it. Push the sleeve under the handle.

Vehicles with the button - arrow - on the front of the handle






The button - arrow - must not be pushed in when removing and installing the handle.

- Should this happen, then unclip the handle trim upward.






- Press the small lever for the cable rod - arrow - into the groove before the handle is installed.
