Auxiliary Cooler

• Make sure when replacing the expansion tank and for maintenance work that there is always a silicate cartridge in the reservoir, refer to the Parts Catalog. The silicate cartridge must not be removed.

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Draining and Filling ] Procedures.

- Remove the coolant hoses - 1 and 2 - from the auxiliary cooler.






- Remove the left front wheel housing liner..

- Remove the auxiliary cooler nuts - arrows - and the cooler - 1 -.






Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal.

- Fill the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Draining and Filling ] Procedures.
