Electronic Damping Control Module J250

Removing

Component location: behind the right side luggage compartment trim.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

- Remove the luggage compartment trim panel on the right side.

- Remove the electronic damping control module - 1 - from the compartment






- Release and disconnect the connector - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

- Perform a basic setting on the adaptive chassis DCC. Refer to => [ Adaptive Chassis DCC, Basic Setting ] Testing and Inspection.

- If the vehicle is equipped with lane assist, then the directional stabilization assistance control module must be calibrated after performing the basic setting on the adaptive chassis DCC. Refer to => [ Lane Assist, Calibrating ] Lane Assist, Calibrating.
