Motor for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof Glass Panel

Removing

Only remove and install the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof glass panel drive when the glass panel is closed (zero position).

Requirements for removing and installing the drive: The ignition must be off, and the door must be open.






- Remove headliner..

- Turn off the ignition and open the door.

• This state must be maintained until the installation of the drive motor for the glass panel occurs.

- Disconnect the connector - 5 - from the glass panel drive motor - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - 4 - and remove the glass panel drive motor - 1 -.

Installation






- Check that the clip is in the correct position - 2 -.

- Attach the glass panel drive motor - 1 - and tighten the bolts - 4 -.

Tightening specification for bolts - 4 -: 4 Nm.

- Connect the connector - 5 - to the glass panel drive motor - 1 -.

• Then, perform a function test.

- Perform an adaption for the glass panel for the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof,Refer to => [ Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof, Adaptation Procedure ] Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof, Adaptation Procedure.

- Install headliner..
