Glass Panel for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof

Removing






- Open the sun shade all the way.

- Open the glass panel for the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof to 40 mm.

- Unclip the left and right trim - 1 - from the glass panel - 2 -.






- Remove the bolts - 2 - at left and right.

- Loosen the left and right center bolts - 3 - only, do not remove them.

- Lift out the glass panel - 1 -.

• Close the mechanical system with the knob in order to avoid damage during further work.

Installation






- Open the mechanism with the knob up to 40 mm.

- Position the glass panel - 1 - on the tilting mechanism.

- Install the new left and right bolts - 2 - and slightly tighten them only after adjusting the height of the glass panel.

- Replace and lightly tighten the left and right bolts - 3 - if necessary.

- Adjust the height of the glass panel. Refer to => [ Glass Panel Height Adjustment ] Glass Panel Height Adjustment.
