Auxiliary Input / Output Jack: Service and Repair

External Audio Source Connection (R199)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409)

• Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the front cover (center console). Refer to Storage Compartments, Covers and Trim.

- Squeeze the clips - arrows - on the external audio source connection - 1 - and remove it - 1 - from the front cover - 3 -.






- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
