Thermostat and Coolant Pump Overview

• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to => [ Coolant Hose Connection Diagram ] [1][2]Cooling System.






1 Coolant Thermostat

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat ] Coolant Thermostat.

2 Coolant Hose

• From the right side bottom of the radiator.

3 Bolt

• 9 Nm

4 Coolant Hose

• To the top left coolant pipe.

5 Coolant Hose

• From the EGR cooler pump.

6 EGR Coolant Thermostat

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ EGR Coolant Thermostat ] EGR Coolant Thermostat.

7 O-ring

• Always replace.

8 Seal

• Always replace.

9 Bolt

• 9 Nm

10 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump.

11 Bolt

• 9 Nm

12 Coolant Pump Pulley

• Installed position: The writing "front" indicates the direction of travel.

• Counter hold using the spanner wrench (3212) to remove and install.

13 Bolt

• 23 Nm
