• Installing tool (30 - 506 B)
• Impact sleeve (41 - 501)

• Assembly tool (3301)

• Torque wrench (V.A.G 1332)
Removing
- Remove the wheel.
- Remove coil spring. Refer to => [ Coil Spring ] Coil Spring.
- Remove brake carrier and brake caliper and tie to body with wire.
• Suspend brake caliper from body.
- Remove the bolt and then remove the brake disc.
- Remove cover plate.
- Remove bolt - arrow - for lower transverse link - 1 -.
Pressing Out Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Attach tools as depicted in illustration.

- Remove bonded rubber bushing by turning spindle.
Pulling In Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Attach tools as depicted in illustration.

- Install bonded rubber bushing by turning support arm bearing installation tool.
• Do not use lubricant!
• Insert bearing with care so it is not canted.
Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:
• Connections to wheel bearing housing may only be carried out of dimension between wheel hub center and lower edge of wheel housing, measured before assembly, is achieved! Refer to => [ Before lifting the axle on one side, the vehicle must be secured on both sides to the lift arms of the lift using. ] Rear Axle, Lifting to Curb Weight Position.
