Removing

• Be careful not to confuse the driver side and front passenger side wiper blades when installing them.

• Joint-free windshield wipers are very flexible. Grasp wiper blades only in area of wiper blade mount to lift them off the windshield.

• To remove wiper blades, wiper arms must be driven into "service/winter position". The "service/winter position" is activated by operating windshield wiper lever in "one-touch wiping" position within 10 seconds after switching off ignition.

- Drive wiper arms into the "service-/winter position".

- Fold up wiper arm.

- Press the button - 1 - and pull the wiper blade mounting - 3 - in the - direction of the arrow - off the wiper arm - 2 -.






Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Slide wiper blade mount - 3 - up to stop into wiper arm - 2 -.






- Make sure that button - 1 - in wiper arm - 2 - engages securely.

- Carefully fold the wiper arm down onto the windshield.
