Turn Signal Bulb, Side Panel

• The following illustrations show the removing and installing of the left rear turn signal bulb (M6) inside the tail lamp in the side panel on the left side. Removing and installing the rear right turn signal bulb (M8) inside the tail lamp in the side panel on the right side is identical.

Removing

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove tail lamp assembly in side panel. Refer to => [ Tail Lamps, Side Panel ] Tail Lamps, Side Panel.

- Push the tail lamp retaining tabs in - direction of arrow - and remove the bulb holder - 1 - from the tail lamp.






- Pull the turn signal bulb - 1 - in - direction of arrow - out of the bulb holder.






Turn signal bulb: 12V, 21 W

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• When installing the bulb holder, make sure that all three retaining tabs are securely locked into the housing.
