Glove Compartment Lock Cylinder






Storage Compartments, Covers and Trim

Glove Compartment Lock Cylinder

- Protect marked area of flap - 1 - and - 2 - from damage; for example, cover with tape.





- To prevent damage to glove compartment, wrap marked area of water pump pliers - 3 - with adhesive tape.

Removal

Separate removal from the lock cylinder is not possible. The release button must be replaced.





- Insert ignition key - 1 - into lock cylinder - 2 -.

- Using water pump pliers, push lock cylinder out of button - 3 - in direction of arrow.

Installation

- Press lock cylinder into button opening until it engages audibly.
