• Removal and installation of left or right side speakers is identical.

Removing

Perform the following steps before starting:

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

In order to replace a speaker, first the door trim must be removed..

- Disconnect the connector on the speaker - arrows -.






- Drill out the rivets - arrows - and remove the speaker.






• To prevent corrosion, ensure that all metal particles from drilling are removed from inside the door.

• If paint on door frame is damaged during drilling, touch-up immediately.

Installing

- Position the speaker and then secure it with four rivets.

• Secure the new speaker with special blind rivets (pay attention to the replacement part number).

- Connect the connector to the speaker.

Installation is in the reverse sequence to removal.
