Assembly Work In Luggage Compartment

The starter wire (B+ wire) - 1 - is routed from the starter batteries in the luggage compartment, through an opening in the body on the left side of the luggage compartment floor, forward to the engine compartment, location. The starter wire - 2 - is secured in the luggage compartment floor with a clip - 3 -.

Underbody Assembly Work

- Remove underbody trim.

The starter wire (B+ wire) - 3 - is secured directly behind the body grommet on the luggage compartment floor - 4 - with a bracket and a rubber buffer - 2 -.

The bracket securing nuts - 5 - are tightened to 5 Nm.

- Arrow 1 - points in direction of travel.
