Valve Body: Service and Repair

Valve Body

- If still installed, remove the oil filter. Refer to => [ Oil Filter ] Service and Repair.

Transmissions with Hydraulic Pressure Sensors

- Carefully disconnect the connectors for the automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 1 (G193) - 1 - and the automatic transmission hydraulic pressure sensor 2 (G194) - 2 -.





Continuation for All Transmissions

- Remove the connector bolt - arrow -.





- Carefully release the connectors and disconnect.





- The transmission fluid temperature sensor (G93) bolt - arrow - must be tightened to 10 Nm.





- Remove the valve body bolts in a diagonal sequence.





Tightening specification: 8 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn.

- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

- After installation, fill with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), check the ATF level, and top off if necessary. Refer to => [ Automatic Transmission Fluid Level, Checking and Filling ] Automatic Transmission Fluid Level, Checking and Filling.
