Suspension Strut Assembly Overview

• If components with bonded rubber bushings were replaced or bolts/nuts on these components were loosened, corresponding wheel suspension must be lifted into curb weight position. Refer to => [ Wheel Bearing, Bringing to Curb Weight Position ] Procedures.





1 Nut

• Self-locking

• M14 x 1.5

• 60 Nm

• Always replace after removal.

2 Rubber Mount

3 Upper Spring Seat

4 Upper Washer

5 Upper Support

6 Protective Sleeve

7 Buffer Stop

8 Shock Absorbers

• Allocation, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

9 Lower Washer

• Allocation, refer to => [ Lower Spacer, Allocating ] Lower Spacer, Allocating.

10 Lower Support

11 Coil Spring

• Surface of spring coil may not be damaged.

• Note color code.

• Allocation, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).
