4 Charge Air Cooler

• To remove, the bumper cover needs to be removed. Refer to Removal and Installation.

5 Seal

• Replace if damaged

6 Bolt

• 5 Nm

7 Charge Air Pipe

8 Bolt

• 3 Nm

9 Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31) with Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42)

10 Clamp

• 4 Nm

11 Charge Air Hose

• To the right charge air pipe - item 1 -=> [ from Charge Air Hose ] Right Charge Air Cooler and Pipes Overview.

12 Retaining Clip

• Check for secure seat

13 Charge Air Hose

• To the throttle valve control module (J338).

14 Charge Air Hose

• From the charge air pipe.

15 Charge Air Pipe

16 Spacer Piece

17 Bolt

• 5 Nm

18 Rubber Insert
