Front Wheel Housing

DANGER!
Observe safety precautions!

Removing

• The upper wheel housing longitudinal member is already cut out.

• The fender connecting plate is already cut out.

• The intermediate piece is already cut out.





- Separate the original connection.

- Remove residual material.

Installing

Replacement part

• Front wheel housing

- Drill holes for SG plug weld seam, dia. 7 mm.





Welding

- Secure the wheel housing on the alignment bracket.

- Spot weld the wheel housing on the lower longitudinal member using a straight-line spot weld seam.





- Weld remaining joint, Gas-shielded arc plug weld seam.

- Weld in intermediate piece.

- Weld in the upper wheelhousing longitudinal member => [ Upper Wheel Housing Longitudinal Member ] .

- Weld in fender connecting plate.
