• Spring compressor kit (VAG 1752)

• Spring retainers (VAG 1752/3A)

• Adapter (VAG 1752/9)

Removing

- Remove the wheel.

- Insert the spring compressor - 3 -.

CAUTION!
Be sure the coil spring is properly seated in the (VAG 1752/3A) - 2 - (risk of accident).

- Use a wrench or ratchet for tightening the spring compressor.

- Compress the coil spring until it can be removed.

- Remove the coil spring.

Installing

Observe the installation position!

End of spring - arrow - must rest against the stop of the lower spring support.





- Install the spring together with the spring seat.

- The lower spring support has a pin.

- Insert this pin into the hole of the lower transverse link - arrow -.





- Then insert the spring seat at the top into the upper spring end.

- Release tension of spring, guiding the upper spring support onto the tab of body.

- Remove the spring compressor.

- Install the wheel and tighten. Refer to --> [ Wheel Bolt Tightening Specification ] .
