Always follow these instructions before and during work.





1 Intake Manifold

• With motor for intake flap (V157)

• With intake air swirl optimization

• Must not be disassembled

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

2 8 Nm

3 Gasket

• Replace

4 Seal

• Replace

5 Connecting Pipe

CAUTION!
Make sure the connecting pipe decoupling element does not bend or stretch. Cracks could develop.

• Between exhaust manifold and intake manifold --> [ 29 Connecting Pipe ] Turbocharger with Exhaust Manifold and Attachments Assembly Overview

• Replace

• Install without tension

6 20 Nm

• Use socket (T10385) for loosening and tightening

7 Gasket

• Replace

8 8 Nm

9 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

• Remove to remove intake manifold. Refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

10 8 Nm

• Removing and installing with socket (T40159)

11 8 Nm

• Removing and installing with socket (T40159)

12 Oil Dipstick

• Checking engine oil level --> [ Engine Oil, Checking Level ] Testing and Inspection

13 EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Valve (N18)

• With EGR potentiometer (G212)
