Temperature Regulator Door Motor (V68)

Removal

- Remove the footwell trim.

- Remove the left footwell vent. Refer to => [ Left Footwell Vent ] Left Footwell Vent.

- Remove the Data bus on board diagnostic interface (J533).






- Remove the bolts - 3 - (9 ± 1.3 Nm).

The bolts - 1 - are not to be removed.






- Push the bracket - 1 - toward the brake pedal - arrow - and then tie it there with a cable tie.






- Disconnect the connector - C - from the Temperature regulator door motor (V68).

- Remove the cover - A -.

- Remove the securing bolts - D - (1.4 Nm) and remove the Temperature regulator door motor - B -.

- Disconnect the lever - E - from the connecting rod - F -.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

- Install the wiring harness so that it cannot come in contact with any moving parts (for example, the lever on the motor).

• Make sure door works correctly after installing the Temperature regulator door motor.

- Checking: use the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B).

- Replacing: initiate Basic Setting using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B). Refer to=> [ Checking and Adjusting Components ] Checking and Adjusting Components.
