Radiator: Service and Repair

Radiator

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] Procedures.

- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud ] Fan Shroud.

- Remove the upper coolant hose - arrow - from the radiator.





- Remove the air duct bolts - arrows - from the lock carrier - arrows - and remove the air duct.





- Remove the bolts - 1 and 2 - and remove the radiator upward.





Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order.

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Radiator, Fan Shroud and Fans Overview ] Removal and Replacement.
