Front Bumper Cover through 12.10

Front Bumper Cover

• Slight changes may have to be made to removal and installation procedures of front bumper cover, depending upon equipment installed in vehicle.

Removing






- Remove radiator grille. Refer to => [ Radiator Grille from 12.10 ] .

- Remove left and right front parts of wheel housing liners. Refer to => [ Front Wheel Housing Liner ] Front Wheel Housing Liner

- Remove bolts - 2 - on left and right sides.

- Remove screws - 3 - (pointing upward) at left and right.

- Remove bolts - 5 - from below.

- Remove bolts - 6 - from above out of lock carrier.

- Release left and right side guide trim - 4 - in - direction of arrow -.

A second mechanic is required for the rest of the removal procedure.

- With a second technician, pull bumper cover - 1 - parallel out of side guide trim in fender.

- Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components and hoses.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

• When installing front bumper cover, make sure it is guided on parallel on fender.

- Pay attention to the parallel alignment and gap dimensions.
