Flywheel
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Flywheel Retainer (3067)
Removing
• To prevent damage to the dual-mass flywheel when removing it, the bolts - B - must not be removed using an air-powered or impact wrench. Only removing the bolts - B - by hand is permitted.
- Rotate the dual-mass flywheel - A - so that the bolts - B - are centered with the holes - arrows -.
- When removing the bolts - B -, make sure that the bolt head is not jammed on the flywheel.
- Install the flywheel retainer (3067) in the hole on the cylinder block.
- Mark the flywheel to the engine.
- Remove the flywheel.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
- Replace the flywheel bolts.
Tightening Specification
1 90° corresponds to a 1/4 turn
