Installation





CLUTCH: CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR (for E351): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the clutch accumulator assembly with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

2. CONNECT CLUTCH LINE

(a) Connect the clutch tube bracket with the bolt.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (80 kgf-cm, 69 in-lbf)





(b) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the clutch line to the clutch accumulator assembly.

without a union nut wrench - Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

with a union nut wrench - Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in.).
* This torque value is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.





3. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR BRACKET

(a) Install the clutch accumulator bracket with the 2 bolts.





Bolt A - Torque : 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

Bolt B - Torque : 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Install the release cylinder heat insulator with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

5. FILL BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR Service and Repair

6. BLEED CLUTCH LINE Procedures

7. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL Testing and Inspection

8. INSPECT FOR FLUID LEAK

Check for leaks in the clutch system.
