Removal





AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO ANTENNA CORD: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

HINT
Refer to the procedure up to Remove Instrument Panel Safety Pad Assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT (for TMC Made) Disassembly

3. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

4. REMOVE SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT (for TMC Made) Disassembly

5. REMOVE SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

6. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made) Disassembly

7. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

8. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMC Made) Disassembly

9. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

10. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMC Made) Disassembly

11. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

12. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMC Made) Disassembly

13. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for TMMK Made) Disassembly

14. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 6 clamps and clip and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.





15. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

HINT
Refer to the procedure up to Remove Roof Headlining Assembly Removal.

16. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Satellite Radio)

(a) Peel the strips of the tape used to secure the antenna cord only to the extent that allows removal of the antenna cord.

HINT
Tape is not available as a supply part. Try to leave as much tape as possible on the roof headlining so that the tape can be reused.

(b) Remove the antenna cord from the roof headlining.

17. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Satellite Radio)

(a) Peel the strips of the tape used to secure the antenna cord only to the extent that allows removal of the antenna cord.

HINT
Tape is not available as a supply part. Try to leave as much tape as possible on the roof headlining so that the tape can be reused.

(b) Remove the antenna cord from the roof headlining.

18. REMOVE SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Satellite Radio)

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the antenna nut.





(c) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the satellite radio antenna assembly.
