2GR-FE STARTING: STARTER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (380 kgf-cm, 26 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the wire harness to terminal 30 and install the nut.

Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

(c) Cover the nut with the cap.

(d) Connect terminal 50 to the starter assembly.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET NO.1 Installation (from 12/2010)

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE Installation (from 12/2010)

4. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
