EXTERIOR: REAR BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT

2. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER CLAMP

3. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY

4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Removal

6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Removal

7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Put protective tape around the rear bumper assembly.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts.





(c) Remove the 2 screws and 2 clips.

(d) Remove the screw.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(e) Disengage the 10 claws.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(f) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the rear bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.





(g) Remove the 2 gaskets.
