Removal

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

(a) Remove the 6 clips and cool air intake duct seal.





2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Put protective tape around the radiator grille sub-assembly.

(b) Remove the clip and 2 bolts.





(c) Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides, and remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

(b) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Remove the screw.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(d) Remove the 7 screws and clip.





(e) Disengage the 3 claws and disconnect the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(f) Disconnect each connector.

(g) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
